Roles & Responsibilities

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Associate focusing on Microsoft products, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales growth by providing expert guidance and technical support during the pre-sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to align solutions with customer objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Overall 1+ years of IT industry experience, willing to learn and be trained.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and articulate the value proposition of Microsoft offerings.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer success.
  • Knowledge in pre-sales or technical sales role, with a focus on Microsoft products and services.
