Roles & Responsibilities

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global technology services company seeking a highly skilled professional to drive strategic solutioning and pre-sales initiatives within the Banking & Insurance sectors across ASEAN. This role focuses on identifying market opportunities, developing competitive solutions, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive business success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end solutioning and pre-sales for enterprise clients, working with technology practices, industry centers of excellence (COEs), and sales teams to develop high-impact proposals and strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Market & Business Development: Identify, assess, and qualify market opportunities in the ASEAN Financial Services sector, ensuring a strategic approach to large-scale deals.
  • Solution Design & Strategy: Work with cross-functional teams to develop technology-driven solutions, aligning them with industry trends and customer needs.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise clients, industry bodies, and technology partners.
  • Deal Leadership & Execution: Manage major bids and proposals, ensuring differentiation and a strong value proposition for customers.
  • Competitive Positioning: Develop compelling win themes and strategic messaging to strengthen market positioning.
  • Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement: Contribute to industry discussions, publish insights, and share best practices through case studies and strategic reports.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with sales, finance, delivery, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Ideally 10 years of relevant experience in solutioning, pre-sales, or business development, particularly in enterprise applications within the BFSI sector.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, market trends, and digital transformation in financial services.
  • Proven track record in developing competitive sales strategies, managing large deals, and driving business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design strategic and innovative solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with architectural frameworks, enterprise applications, and industry-standard methodologies.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and relevant certifications will be an advantage.
  • A results-driven mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic business environment.
