We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Support professional to assist with day-to-day office operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office by providing administrative assistance to various departments. If you have excellent organizational skills and enjoy multitasking, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely input.
  • Assist with Reports: Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by management and other departments.
  • Handle Invoices and Payments: Assist with basic finance-related tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and payments in coordination with the finance department.
  • Support Events and Meetings: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including booking venues, preparing materials, and managing attendance.
  • Customer and Client Support: Provide basic support to customers or clients by addressing inquiries or redirecting them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
