Administrative Operations Officer

- Consolidate and send manpower supply timesheets from various divisions for approval and payment.
- Work closely with the Supervisor and Ops Manager for any other administrative work.
- Assist in the compilation of company/Labour Supply Annual Leave forms, MC, petty cash, medical claims for Manager approval and submission to Human Resource.
- Raise allowances and transfer forms for Ops Manager approval before routing to Human Resource.
- Submit internal and external monthly headcount and manhour reports.
- Support Ops Manager on ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level/ITE/Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in operations administrative roles.
- Highly independent and meticulous.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
