Administrative Support Role Overview

At JLFC PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of pre-sales and post-sales documents
  • Inventory management and tracking of stock on a daily basis
  • Coordination with customers and suppliers to meet their requirements
  • Assistance with basic accounting duties, including data entry
  • Providing general administrative support, such as answering telephones, arranging courier services, collecting and distributing mail
  • Assisting management with ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in administration would be advantageous
  • A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
  • Good interpersonal skills, well-organized, and self-motivated
