Accounting and Administration Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounting and Administration Professional to join our team at RECRUITPLUS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. as an Accounting/Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in accounting and office administration, a diploma in business or accounting, and excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel. Key responsibilities include understanding business profits and financial position, monitoring and aging status, and performing bookkeeping tasks. Additionally, the candidate will assist with payroll and human resource matters, local and overseas payments, and ensure accurate and up-to-date accounts. The role also involves working with an external accounting agency on monthly bookkeeping matters and ensuring compliance with internal compliance, audit, and tax regulations. Requirements include being meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical, hardworking, and responsible, with good written and spoken English. Interested candidates should have a strong skillset in MS Office, including Excel, and accounting software.
