Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  1. Perform daily billing, documentation filing and stock arrangement in storeroom;
  2. Follow up outstanding order, delivery schedule;
  3. Recording of sales order;
  4. Prepare shipping documentation and arrange incoming & outgoing regional shipment;
  5. Suggest and assist to implement process improvements;
  6. Assist with ERP system implementation; and
  7. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • O-Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of work experience in Operations
  • Organised, detailed and deadline oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • A team player yet able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and always thinking about how to improve on processes
  • Proficient in MS Office application
