We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing month-end closing and generating monthly management reports. Your duties will include account management (AR/AP), data entry, and AP invoicing. You will also handle employee reimbursements, maintain the daily cash book, and perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations. Additionally, you will prepare and submit GST payments, arrange materials, update inventory lists, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should have experience with accounting systems and software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
