Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial support to the Division Head:

  • Liaise internally and externally to make appointments, schedule for meetings and collect information
  • Prepare letters and reports as well as maintain and update electronic filing system for division

Provide secretarial support on general divisional matters:

  • Arrange hotel accommodation and air ticketing request for the division
  • Circulate information and update the notice board in the division
  • Take charge of the Master Specification for respective services

Provide secretarial support to the projects assigned:

  • Draft and prepare all letters, faxes, reports and Tender Specifications, etc. and maintain proper electronic filing system
  • Circulate project materials, such as correspondence, reports, etc. to designated personnel
  • Coordinate internally and externally to make appointments, schedule for meetings and arrange for collection of tender documents
  • Assist other secretaries within or across divisions
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments when required

Key Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level and above with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • A good team player who is independent and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
