Project Administration Practitioner

Responsibilities:
As a Project Administration Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project activities within a globally sourced delivery model. This role requires a strong level of independence and the ability to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) while actively contributing to team discussions and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor and control project progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain project integrity.
- Proactively manage project issues and contribute to effective resolution strategies.
- Communicate project status, progress, and updates clearly to all stakeholders.
Resource Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate project resourcing by collaborating with various departments to identify and allocate necessary resources.
- Organize interviews, meetings, and maintain necessary project documentation.
- Track purchase orders (POs), invoices, and billing cycles to ensure timely processing and adherence to the budget.
- Maintain accurate project records and data tracking using Excel and other spreadsheets.
