My client is a global leader in network surveillance technology, specializing in the design and manufacture of IP-based video solutions.
They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in IT and security solutions to drive business expansion through indirect sales channels, distributors.
The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in indirect sales and managing technical sales cycles in the IT or Security industry and demonstrated experience with networking, IP-based technologies, and security applications.
About the role
Reporting to the Account Director, your responsibilities would includes
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth through indirect channels.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with channel partners, distributors, resellers, and SIs.
- Work closely with the inside sales and business development teams based in Singapore HQ to optimize lead generation and sales conversion
- Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, SIs, and enterprise customers.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing partners and resellers, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Work in the field alongside partners , supporting their success and managing projects.
- Collaborate with internal technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met and products remain competitive.
- Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall sales targets.
Skills and experience required
- Min 5 years of relevant experience with good knowledge of security technology and trends.
- Expertise in indirect sales, business development, and channel partner management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
