We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by selling our cutting-edge AI and blockchain solutions to other companies. This is a B2B sales role that combines technical understanding with strategic relationship-building, making it ideal for individuals passionate about technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Snap Innovations' AI and blockchain products to businesses across various industries to drive revenue growth.
- Lead high-level engagements and build relationships with prospective clients, tailoring blockchain solutions to address complex business needs and pain points
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships within the blockchain, AI, and crypto sectors to enhance our market presence and facilitate adoption.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our bespoke solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our blockchain ecosystem and drive market growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives with client needs
- Maintain an updated CRM system with client interactions, pipeline progress, and sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions or fintech industries.
- Strong understanding of AI and blockchain technologies and their applications in business.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
