Job Description:
- Performs business administration for commercial team, such as new vendor set up, payment process, report data collection, contract management
- Coordinates the organization of internal and external events and manages the marketing and demonstration products and printed material
- Assists the team with the administration of patient support, including prescriptions, invoices and ad-hoc communications
- Supports with the management of travelling dialysis patients, outbound or inbound to Singapore
- Support office administration such as mail/document delivery, office related payment process, office maintenance and supply procurement, team office and IT supplies, etc.
- Ad-hoc administration operation assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiar with MS Office. Good at Excel (V look-up, PivotTable)
