Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:


Facilities Admin cum Receptionist is a representative for the company at its most forefront of offices. While ensuring customer service remains a top priority, the individual personnel will need to assist operational activities in facilities management and any other ad-hoc assignments. Able to travel between different offices.


Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm or 9am – 6pm/depending on Site working hours

Work Week: Monday to Friday

Attire: Office Attire


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests/visitors/internal staffing.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, reception area, meeting rooms and general work areas
  • Receive, sort and distribute mails/parcels/deliveries
  • Assist with liaison on external stakeholders.
  • Facilities management
  • Perform ad-hoc duties, projects and urgent work

Requirements:

  • “O’ Level and above
  • At least 1 year office reception/concierge and administrative Support experience.
  • Professional attitude and disposition
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skill
  • Able to travel to sites based on schedule
