Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR and administrative duties.
  • Provide basic secretarial support to Japanese expatriates.
  • Administer work permits, insurance, employment contracts, and HR letters.
  • Manage staff attendance, payroll, leave benefits, and staff welfare.
  • Assist in recruitment and handle employee onboarding/offboarding process.
  • Facilitate training and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and contracts.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Fluency in Japanese language to communicate with Japanese expatriates.
  • Positive team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Location: Pandan Loop (West)
  • Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:45pm (Monday to Friday)
