【応募資格】

・基本的なMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel)スキルをお持ちの方

・ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方 (社内外のコミュニケーションに必要なため)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Arrange and track the delivery/reception of products.
  • Creating and maintaining salesrelated documents, such as contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing sales meetings.
  • Prepare sales results & forecast and any related documents.
  • Accounting data entry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have experience in delivery arrangement.
  • Able to work well as a team player while being independent and proactive.
  • Preferably with Japanese language (conversational) skills to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts.
  • Preferably with accounting experience.
