・基本的なMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel)スキルをお持ちの方
・ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方 (社内外のコミュニケーションに必要なため)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrange and track the delivery/reception of products.
- Creating and maintaining salesrelated documents, such as contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing sales meetings.
- Prepare sales results & forecast and any related documents.
- Accounting data entry.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have experience in delivery arrangement.
- Able to work well as a team player while being independent and proactive.
- Preferably with Japanese language (conversational) skills to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts.
- Preferably with accounting experience.
