- Basic up to $3,500, Commission provided (Average: $300-$500)
Responsibilities
- Prepare foods according to customer orders
- Assist Head Chef in overseeing the culinary operations
- Monitor personal hygiene, uniform cleanliness, workstation sanitation and follow health and safety rules.
- Ensure the quality and standard of cooking whilst complying to health and safety standard.
- Understand the risks of contaminated food and manage mise-enplace in the fridge.
- Check and report equipment issues to supervisors
- Monitor food inventory and place order.
- Perform other tasks as instructed by head chef.
- Equipped with Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
