Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with intermediaries/clients on enquiries, renewals, endorsements, etc.
  • Assist in monthly reports on the movement of premium income.
  • Assist to provide quotation in accordance with the Company's underwriting guidelines.
  • Assist Accounts department in premium collection including fronting policies;
  • To establish customer benefit services with vendors;
  • Provide customer service to corporate clients on their inquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters;
  • Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings).
  • Develop good relationship with clients to maintain and enhance existing clients’ business.
  • Plan renewal strategies for corporate clients.
  • Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums.
  • Maintain clients’ details and information.
  • Other duties that are assigned from time to time.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of adminsitrative experience, preferrably in the insurance space.
  • BCP, PGI, HI certificates are an added advantage.
