ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving learner acquisition outcomes and KPIs. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with client accounts, business stakeholders, and sponsors from both big enterprises and SMEs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze client needs and challenges to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Represent Boston Consulting Group at industry events and conferences to raise awareness and identify potential partnership opportunities
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Experience in sales and account management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to identify opportunities and overcome challenges
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
