Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. To excel in this position, a comprehensive grasp of our technology and the value it delivers to our clients is essential. Success hinges on adeptly comprehending client requirements and offering tailored solutions that precisely address their needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's technical products and services.
- Present and demonstrate technical products to clients, explaining how they will meet their needs and solve their business problems.
- Provide technical consultations and advice to prospective and existing clients.
- Explore and uncover new business prospects within both existing and potential client bases.
- Provide feedback to the Product and Solution teams for the development of new products and marketing strategies.
- Responsible for closing commercial deals with clients & business partners, ensuring the completion of all essential approvals and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in a related industry (IT, engineering, manufacturing, etc.).
- Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in spoken and written in English and Mandarin to liaise with colleagues in Singapore and China.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Only Singaporean, Singpore PR, Malaysian, and local graduate bonded for local employment can apply due to MoM quota regulation.
