Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Secure Sales lead and business opportunities to increase catering sales

• To understand fully, catering menu selections and promotions to make appropriate recommendations and offer advice to meet client’s needs for the event

• Familiar with all ordering policies

• Handle event enquiries through phone and emails

• To develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients to create an overall memorable experience for all

• Produce quotations and confirmations to all clients in a timely manner

• Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.

• Liaise and coordinate with Kitchen and Operations Departments and ensure timely delivery for all orders

• Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business.


Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Holder

• Minimum 2 years sales experience

• Experience in F& B industry preferred and considered an advantage

• Knowledge of ERP systems, PC, Microsoft Word and Excel proficient

• Proactive, organized, detailed and responsible

• Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment

• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines when required

• Strong team player with the ability to build rapport and maintain collaborative working relationships

• Possess good written and spoken communication skills

• Ability to converse in both English and Mandarin (if needed to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
