Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively hunt down new business opportunities within the APAC market.
  • Co-develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and consistently exceed them.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Platform Support teams to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Marketing to create impactful demand generation strategies and tools.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the Product team on market needs and customer challenges.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive consistent improvement.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and manage detailed sales forecasts.

Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have 6+ years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a SaaS sales role within Maritime.
  • Boast a proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets in high-growth environments.
  • Possess deep knowledge of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and the technology industry.
  • Excel in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Have experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive and a data-driven sales approach.
  • Bring Maritime or Shipping industry experience-this will be a significant advantage.
