Our client is an international tech firm specializing in creating advanced visualization and collaboration tools tailored for various professional sectors such as business, healthcare, and entertainment. Their offerings are well regarded for superior quality, ease of use, and exceptional customer support.

They are looking to hire a Sales Director APAC (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, SEA) to be based in Singapore/ Malaysia.

Overall Job Scope

The role of the Sales Director is to implement and execute the Entertainment AV strategy in the APAC region and ensure maximum revenue for the Key Accounts. The Regional Sales Director is a senior executive role that reports directly to the Head of Business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Have sales responsibility for Entertainment AV APAC region
  • Prospect, identify and develop new sales opportunities at end customers in close cooperation with the sales managers
  • Enable existing partners for his specific area in close relations with the account managers.
  • Manage key accounts - large Entertainment AV chains in APAC region
  • Gain personal credibility with client managers.
  • Able to work across organizational and national boundaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (business, marketing, engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 10 years of proven sales experience in related industry/technology.
  • Experience across APAC region and commercial team leadership
  • Strong and assured communication and presentation skills, able to gain personal credibility with client managers.
  • Able to work across organizational and national boundaries.
  • High level sales negotiating skills with outstanding relationship building abilities.
