Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Managing executives' schedules constantly and setting up meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Making travel accommodation arrangements with consummate detail
  • Preparing and organizing presentation materials and management memos
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Any other administrative duties as required by the practice
  • Acting as the key point of contact among executives, employees, customers and external partners;
  • Communicating and scheduling events with our Korean counterparts

Requirements:

  • Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Korean would be highly desirable as will need to work closely with Korean stakeholders
  • Hands on administrative skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent sense of work prioritization
  • Strong organizational skill with an eye for detail
