Our client is a local-based company and a value-added solutions partner specializing in cutting-edge technologies in the AI and IoT sectors.

  • Identify key stakeholders in the commercial real estate and office building sectors, such as property developers, building owners, and facility managers.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to enhance market reach for smart workspace solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements in building automation technologies, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of B2B sales experience in Building Automation industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of building automation systems and related technologies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
