Corporate Secretary cum Accountant

Corporate Secretary:
- Manage all aspects of company secretarial duties, including drafting minutes for directors' and shareholders' meetings, preparing resolutions, and overseeing company incorporations.
- Assist clients with corporate secretarial matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements under ACRA.
- Ensure the timely submission of Annual Returns and other required filings to ACRA.
- Coordinate board meetings, including preparing agendas and related documentation.
- Maintain statutory records and registers in accordance with regulations, including handling documentation for share transactions, transfers, and issuances.
- Assist clients with the opening of corporate bank accounts for local companies and Singapore branch offices.
- Manage the process of company strike-offs and closing bank accounts.
- Liaise with banks, embassies, and other relevant entities.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and financial reporting to the management team.
- Oversee accounting processes, including reconciliations of accounts, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), and general ledger (GL).
- Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements.
- Prepare and file various tax returns (GST, WHT, CIT, etc.), ensuring full compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Manage tax assessments and handle the e-filing of income tax returns.
- Stay updated on changes to tax laws and regulations to ensure the company's tax practices remain compliant.
