Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR function.
  • Perform work passes application, renewal and cancellations for foreign workers.
  • Experience in performing Training Administration and managing dormitory administration
  • Ensure all HR documentations are properly filed and administered, which includes “P” files.
  • Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
  • Updating and maintain proper HR database/records in the system.
  • Assist in preparing and checking staff claims.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in HRM
  • Minimum 2 years of HR work experience preferably in the construction environment
  • Good knowledge in HR matter and Singapore Employment Act
  • Proficient with MS office and excel
  • Energetic, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess good working attitude and positive mindset
