5 days a week (including weekends)

3 rotating shifts

Job Description:

  1. Attending to queries and feedback from guests and channels.
  2. Reports to Front Office Manager.
  3. Ensures that VIPs and CIPs' accommodations are satisfactory, and their rooms are properly assigned.
  4. Work closely with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous services to guests.
  5. Respond efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and inquiries.
  6. Fulfill each guest's request whenever possible and ensure all telephone calls are promptly handled within three rings.
  7. Handle cashiering functions and adhere to the residence's Standard Policies & Procedure.
  8. Project a hospitable attitude and maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times.
  9. Be familiar with all room types and rates in the hotel, as well as their availability status and upsell whenever possible.
  10. Handle guest complaints according to established procedures.
  11. Ensure guest room security, emergency, and fire procedures are followed.
  12. Acquire knowledge of hotel facilities, functions, major city attractions, and events to provide accurate information to guests upon request.
  13. Maintain a well-groomed appearance, professional, courteous working relationship, and ensure effective communication with all hotel personnel.
