Job Overview

The Senior Guest Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel guests receive courteous and timely services. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address guest complaints and requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to provide exceptional guest services and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay informed about hotel facilities and functions, as well as tourist-related information, to provide guests with accurate and helpful advice.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous working relationship with all hotel personnel and ensure effective communication.
  • Approach additional tasks assigned by superiors with diligence and professionalism.
Requirements
  • O Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
  • Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
