JOB SCOPE:
• Handles Government hotline
• Provide quality customer service to Publics through the phone/Email
• Answers inquiries by clarifying, and providing information
• Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call backs to Publics if necessary
WORKING DAYS & HOURS:
• FIXED Sunday - Off
• ALTERNATE Sat - 8am - 1pm
• Mon to Fri - 8:30am - 5:45pm
REQUIREMENTS:
• GCE N Level & above
• Able to handle stress well
• Good verbal communication skills
