ABOUT ROLE
This is a new role at Tolaram. The company is building a vision for the future, and purpose and sustainability are two key components.

We are building a team that will define what it means to be a purpose-driven organisation and how this can be practically embedded into strategy and processes.

The role best suits an adaptable, dynamic individual looking to work in a cross-functional capacity and learn by doing since much of the work will be new and iterative.

Strong communications and people skills are a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development and execution of a global climate survey, including a. Preparation work, such as research and focus groups b. Designing and rolling out the instrument c. Collating and interpreting the results d. Presenting findings to leadership for decisionmaking
  • Support the development of an internal methodology to embed purpose into strategy across business units, including a. Conducting theoretical and practical research on purposedriven enterprises b. Supporting business units to craft purpose statements, conduct stakeholder engagement, and develop metrics for success c. Designing and testing a pilot for embedding methodology d. Refining the methodology for a global rollout
  • Work crossfunctionally with HR and Communications teams to understand present culture and practices and design/colead employee engagement initiatives
  • Work crossfunctionally with the Sustainability team to support social focus areas, such as employee welfare and talent management

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong verbal and written/visual communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse individuals within wideranging cultural contexts
  • Strong ethical orientation and aligned values
