We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our People team in the role of Regional Head of People & Culture, reporting directly to the Group Chief People Officer of Zuhlke Group. Based in Singapore, you will oversee the strategic and operational management of People & Culture initiatives. As a key business partner to the senior leadership team in Asia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of Employer Branding in Zuhlke Asia, aligned with the Global Direction. Collaboration with the global People & Culture team will be essential as you contribute significantly to both local and global People strategy.

As the Regional Head of People & Culture, you excel in coaching and action-taking, possessing exceptional leadership skills that empower your team. Your collaborative nature and passion for team growth set you apart.

Your Role


- Full responsibility for developing and implementing the regional P&C strategy in alignment with the group P&C strategy.


- Leveraging strategic thinking and strong business acumen to drive the development of Zuhlke Asia, acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership team.


- Designing and project managing a variety of P&C projects covering the entire spectrum.


- Serving as a key interface between business, employees, and P&C, addressing all strategic P&C matters and especially catering to the needs of the Senior Leadership team.


- Providing regular coaching and support to senior colleagues, identifying strengths, development areas, and fostering effective relationships for retention.


- Establishing succession planning for key talents to ensure business continuity.


- Driving P&C digitization, innovation, and implementing best practices to elevate Zuhlke Asia as a top employer.


- Demonstrating a solid business understanding, actively shaping the company's development.


- Supporting internationalization, global integration, and the transformation of Zuhlke Group into a global entity.


- Implementation of a diversity, equality, and inclusion plan in line with company values and business strategy.

What You Bring with You


- Holding a university degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or related field.


- Displaying a mindset of continuous learning, taking initiative for personal skill development.


- Possessing over 10 years of senior-level experience in People & Culture, in areas such as P&C business partnering, People operations, Recruitment, and Leadership Coaching.


- Experience in a regional role covering multiple Asian locations.


- Extensive experience as a P&C generalist, combining strategy and operations knowledge.


- Over 7 years of team management experience with a focus on strong leadership to achieve ambitious goals.


- Professional background in the technology industry or a similar fast-paced environment.


- Profound P&C expertise, implementation of best practices, and innovative thinking.


- Strong stakeholder management, assertiveness, and creative drive.


- Proven track record in successful transformation and change management.


- Leading in organizational culture transformation, upholding company values and approach.


- Building employer branding and market presence, adept at creative problem-solving.
