We are a growing engineering consulting company based in Singapore, seeking for Human Resources (People & Culture) Business Coordinator to join us.

You will be reporting to the People & Culture Business Manager who heads the Singapore HR Operations.

  • Handle full spectrum of generalist function including recruitment and selection.
  • Provide administrative support for all HR cyclic programs including remuneration and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and administer all onboarding and offboarding activities including induction and company orientation programs
  • Ensure employment documentation and correspondence is accurate, timely and managed confidentially
  • Assist with surveys, audits, and governmentpaid leave claims
  • Other HR projects and adhoc HR duties as and when being assigned

Pre-Requisites

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related qualification
  • Knowledge in Human Resources practices and Singapore employment legislation, preferred
  • Meticulous, able to multitask, handle information with confidentiality and team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with all level of staff
  • Fast learner, resourceful and possess initiative
  • Participate enthusiastically in providing support for projects as directed
  • Able to work well under situations and manages expectations of stakeholders
