Role Description

Responsibilities
Sales

  • Be the primary point of contact for the customer, representing all our services and solutions, with focus in cross border eCommerce logistics
  • Analyze market trends to explore potential markets and clients
  • Conduct proactive sales calls, visits and presentations to new clients
  • Design, plan and present logistics solutions to meet clients' requirements
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective internal and external communications to drive business growth
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams on partner dashboards, information access and flow, reporting & tracking of targets and automated marketing comms to partner clients.
Partnerships

  • Strategize and build a Business Partnerships program with key players
  • Lead the team to anchor the sourcing, acquisition, planning and engagement for all B2B Partnerships across multiple work streams: Contract Management, Legal, Marketing & Co-Branding, Commercial Negotiations, Monetization, Product, and integrations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of total work experience and at least 34 years as a Sales and / or Partnerships professional building and growing a partner business within a fastpaced and competitive startup or corporate environment
  • Proven track record as a solid sales performer in consistently achieving, and even exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Effective team player and should be seen as a role model, with the ability to build effective working relationships and manage complex negotiations with all types of Partners
  • Ambitious, selfdriven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup environment.
  • Must be able to work independently most of the time and approach the scope of the role strategically when planning and finalising workstreams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network with Channel Partners, their clients, and within the overall Janio organisation.
