Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Growth and Partnerships Manager with a strong background in brand partnerships, membership programs, offline campaign and events management, and public relations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep interest in jewelry, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, and brand partners. This role requires at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partnership Development:
    Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other brands to co-create events, special products, and collaborative campaigns.
    Manage relationships with partners, ensuring mutual benefits and successful collaboration outcomes.
  2. Influencers Engagement:
    Identify and build relationships with key influencers and content creators who align with Colormond's brand values and target audience.
    Coordinate and manage influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring authentic and impactful collaborations.
    Develop and maintain an influencer database and track engagement and performance metrics.
  3. Membership Program Management:
    Develop and manage Colormond's membership program to retain and engage key customers and VIPs.
    Create and implement strategies to enhance member experiences, increase loyalty, and drive repeat purchases.
    Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for program improvements.
  4. Offline Campaigns and PR Activities:
    Plan and manage offline marketing campaigns and PR activities, including events, pop-ups, and press releases.
    Collaborate with PR agencies and media outlets to generate buzz and increase brand visibility.
    Ensure all offline activities align with the overall marketing strategy and brand aesthetic.
  5. Team Collaboration and Management:
    Work closely with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand partnerships, membership programs, and offline campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successful brand partnerships and influencer collaborations.
  • Experience in developing and managing customer loyalty or membership programs.
  • Excellent aesthetic judgment and a keen eye for design and branding.
  • Passion for jewelry and a deep interest in the luxury and fashion industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
