About the Role:

As the Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating the membership growth of CPA Australia in identified and new emerging markets, as well as drive Channel Partners GTM strategies with a focus on meeting the assigned sales and retention targets in achieving sustainable membership growth. To do this, you will further develop relationships with senior decision makers and senior stakeholders, for example Heads of School/Academics, Chief Financial Officers, and Finance Directors, to obtain access to prospective members through a business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) approach.


Your key responsibilities also include:

  • Driving financial profitability and growth in all emerging markets
  • Responsibility for market entry strategy development and growth initiatives to attract the next generation of CPAs
  • Achieve sustainable membership growth in all emerging markets with prioritization given to India and the Middle East
  • Build strong brand presence and partnership with regulatory bodies, employers, training partners
  • Identify and develop committed, capable and scalable Channel Partners with specific business expertise to develop new markets and segments and improve existing accounts
  • Motivate and coach country business development teams to accelerate B2B2C growth
  • Nurture the member lifecycle journey with member service operations and engagement strategies
  • Motivate and coach member services and events team to drive member value, satisfaction and retention

About You:

You will be Tertiary qualified with a preference for Masters’ study and have extensive experience as a field sales growth management leader in Recruitment, Business Intelligence, Enterprises solutions, or Education Programs directly and through a partner network. You will also:

  • Understand two-tier channel partner business model and have a proven successful track record of creating sustainable channel partnership
  • Have previous experience in working with the commercial team to develop go-to-market plans and achieve business targets in developing countries
  • Proven ability to recognize, analyse, and take action on go to market approaches, joint value propositions, and business cases around strategic partnerships
  • Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills toward a broad stakeholder ranging from customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, and product management
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic startup environment will be advantage
  • Accountancy and/or learning and development background is a plus
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of doing business in India and the Middle East
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, Tamil or other Hindi languages are highly desirable
