Role Summary

  • As a Senior Growth Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of product initiatives that drive growth and user engagement for our digital platforms. Your role will involve strategic planning, feature development, and rigorous analysis to enhance user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimise the product experience and meet growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the product, focusing on innovation and scalability.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of product features that drive growth and improve user engagement. Ensure that all features align with the overall product roadmap and business goals.
  • Utilise analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and validate the impact of deployed growth strategies. Make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings and user satisfaction.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless implementation of growth strategies. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to align goals and maximise efficiency.
  • Conduct and analyse user research to understand the needs and behaviours of our target audience. Apply insights to product development to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Lead A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine growth tactics. Analyse outcomes and iterate rapidly to optimise results.
  • Designed and executed data-driven CRM strategies to improve customer LTV and AOV.
  • Regularly present progress, insights, and roadblocks to senior management and stakeholders. Based on analytical findings, provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in a growth-focused role.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and experience with A/B testing platforms. Understanding of SQL and data analysis techniques is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to plan at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. Experience in managing cross-functional teams to meet ambitious goals and deadlines.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Startup experience is a plus.
  • Creative marketer and problem solver with a history of thinking beyond traditional paid advertising.
  • Demonstrable experience with financial technologies, particularly in real-time payments and AI-driven services.
  • Proven success in executing mobile app growth strategies and leveraging social media platforms
