Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Success: Own and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets
- Build and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS leadership, with a proven track record of success in leading sales teams
- Experience translating technical products to business value for the C-Suite, with a strong understanding of big data and open-source solutions
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve personal objectives with a team-first mindset
- Ability to coach and develop sales fundamentals to Account Executives, including prospecting, forecasting, and negotiation tactics
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to the C-Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed (
