The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the networking and cybersecurity domains. As a key member of our global sales team, the Senior Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence in the Singapore region. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. 10+ years of sales experience in the technology sector with at least 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role in Cybersecurity Solutions for enterprises. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment. Deep understanding of networking protocols, cybersecurity challenges, and industry trends. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve exceptional results. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Prior experience working in the Singapore market and familiarity with local business practices and regulations is highly desirable. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the DNS, DHCP, IPAM, ADC, and WAF products in APAC markets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including enterprise accounts, government agencies, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers within target organizations. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and customer needs. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics. Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management on a regular basis. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand TCPWave’s customer base in the APAC region. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, including channel development in the APAC region. Effectively communicate the value proposition of TCPWave's products and services through proposals and presentations. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and manage the sales pipeline efficiently. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Represent TCPWave at industry events, conferences, and networking events globally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
