What will you be doing:
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, with a primary focus on Hospital /Pre-hospital segments and related organizations.
- Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Indirect Channel Management:
- Oversee the management of our indirect sales channels to optimize sales and market penetration.
- Provide guidance and support to partners, addressing inquiries and ensuring they are wellequipped to represent our offerings.
Sales, Orders and Tenders Management:
- Manage tender and quotation process for the direct market.
- Work with distributors to update monthly forecasts.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to facilitate efficient product delivery.
Education and In-Service:
- Deliver training programs and inservices to distributor teams and end customers.
- Support distributors in creating educational materials and resources for end customers.
Who are we looking for:
- Experience working in healthcare or EMS, demonstrating a deep understanding of these sectors.
- Strong understanding of the related industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong problemsolving skills.
Ability to travel as business travel is required (approximately 30% of the time) to engage with customers, distributors, and attend industry events and conferences.
