  • Understand competitor landscape while paying attention to their price points, and product functionalities
  • Establish strong partnerships and relationships with M&E consultants, consistently taking feedback and sharing with the internal team
  • Build a strong pipeline of projects together with the CEO and the other sales managers in the company
  • Obtain a listing for the company on the vendor/bid lists of the targeted end customers, consultants, EPCs, and governmental organizations
  • Determine strategic projects in collaboration with end users, governmental organizations, consultants, EPCs, etc
  • Engage in direct negotiations with clients to secure opportunities for specific projects.
  • Drive and support efforts to produce products and solutions that address customer needs with a consistent effort
  • Assist teams in their study of the advantages and disadvantages of the present business and market intelligence processes
**Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field
