Responsibilities:

  • Partner Operating Units to ensure that all HR policies, practices, and initiatives are in compliance and alignment.
  • Provide advice and support to business leaders on HR related matters.
  • Work collaboratively across HR COE team to achieve high synergy in HR service delivery
  • Act as advisory point for line managers and employees on HR related issue
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Manage workforce planning to support business needs and be accountable for manpower budgetary for the operating units.
  • Manage employees' matters in areas of disciplinary and grievance handling and industrial relations matters
  • Manage performance management exercise
  • Manage HR operations duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, and addressing queries relating to HR benefits, work pass administration, etc
  • Collect employee opinions and acts as bridge of communication between management and employees
  • Support the implementation of engagement initiatives and employee opinion survey for the country and analyse results
  • Facilitate focus group discussion to draw feedback and to work with business and HR teams to formulate employee engagement plans and effectively follow through on required actions.
  • Identify areas of continuous improvement with a focus on efficiency.
  • Support annual budget planning required for manpower planning to support the business
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws and employment standards, statutory report filing
  • Ensure employment policies and practices comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements by keeping up to date with latest changes.
  • Manage required audits and reporting
  • Handle any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in a HRrelated discipline with at least 6 years relevant experience from a fastpaced environment with strong background in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
  • Good understanding and wellversed in Singapore Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data for different audience, strong attention to detail and good with numbers.
  • Possess analytical thinking skills, proactive and openminded
  • Good team player, selfdriven and is operationally handson with good initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Strong sense of urgency, high adaptability, resourceful and independent mindset with ability to handle complexities.
  • HRIS experience in SAP and/or Workday preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
