Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • 1st level helpdesk to respond to calls
  • Provide first call resolution to users who called into our hotline which is public facing, advising on issues with login and mobile app.
  • Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
  • Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
  • Perform outbound calls to users who leave callback

Qualifications:

  • Able to commit to night shifts, weekend and PH working slots
  • Able to commit to work in office (HPTC Building near Commonwealth MRT)
  • Call Centre/Customer Service experience will be advantageous
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Stress Management Skills
  • Strong communication skills
