The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

  • Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • The Group provides funding and in kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.
  • Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


Secretariat for key meetings that support the development and rejuvenation of the Mandai precinct, such as Development Committee (DC) Meeting, where DC is a Mandai Park Holdings' Board-level committee; Development Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMC); and other Executive Committee meetings where applicable.


Secretariat support would include to:

  • Work with the relevant parties to establish the yearly schedule for the meetings.
  • Establish and seek approval of the agenda by meeting chairperson.
  • Organise the setup of the meetings, including checking attendance, setup of meeting venue, food / beverage if/when required.
  • Record minutes of the meetings, seek approval of drafted meeting minutes, circulation to attendees, and follow up on matters arising.
Preparation of reports on progress of development projects, transition programs, risk indicators.

  • Collate information from stakeholders.
  • Prepare draft reports for review.
  • Assist with transmittal of reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Generation of reports for management / stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in organisation of boardlevel meetings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Meticulous and diligent in followups.
  • Good Organisation Skills.
  • Experience with Stakeholder Management preferred.
