From our From 9-month Accelerator programmes to 1-day Workshops - all of our programmes are designed to co-create strategic solutions for our non-profit partners' most pressing challenges.


Position Overview


We are excited to be adding a new Programme Manager to our small, dynamic team to help us deliver impact to our stakeholders.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering talenTtrust programmes.

Acting as the main interface between the non-profits and corporate volunteers, you will play a critical role in the success of our programmes.


Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of the Programmes team.
  • Facilitate and manage talenTrust skillsbased volunteering programmes including monthly meeting scheduling, agenda planning, facilitation, note taking and follow up.
  • Scope, plan and facilitate 1day workshop and masterclass events in partnership with talenTtrust corporate and nonprofit partners.
  • Lead outreach and recruitment of nonprofit partners as well as scoping process to ensure clearly defined remits for each project or workshop.
  • Work with the CEO to respond to new programme development opportunities, leading in the design and implementation.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of talenTtrust's impact through the collection of data and conducting followup meetings with nonprofits to evaluate programme outputs.
  • Support the Volunteer Manager in managing existing corporate partner relationships reporting on project outcomes, corporate volunteer contributions etc.
  • Assist the CEO with outreach to companies with a view to developing new corporate partnerships.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of TalentTrust through marketing and assisting in fundraising and volunteer appreciation events.


As a talenTtrust Programme Manager, you will be responsible for effectively delivering projects, managing corporate volunteers, and supporting nonprofit leaders.

This role is best suited to self-starters who are confident communicators, natural relationship builders and individuals that are happy to roll up their sleeves as part of a small team.


You will ideally have a background in the nonprofit / social impact or CSR space in related programme management roles.

We are a small team who work closely and collaboratively in the office and remotely.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 57 yrs experience in a relevant role such as programme management or consulting in the social impact or CSR space.
  • Recognised degree relating to social sustainability, nonprofit management or business.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to run multiple capacity building projects from idea stage through to execution.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with a successful track record building and maintaining strong business partnerships
  • Confident communicator able to lead meetings, presentations and manage a room of senior business leaders
  • Highly organized, selfmotivated and resultsoriented person with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet multiple deadlines to a high standard.
  • Excellent written communication skills
It would be advantageous in this position to for you to be able to demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • Knowledge of Singapore's nonprofit / CSR sector
  • Business development and corporate partnerships experience
  • Exposure / involvement in ESG
