Job Title: Assistant Manager, Graduate Programmes Office (GPO)


  • Collaborate with the GPO manager on NTU initiatives to enhance education quality, systems, curriculum design, and student experience
  • Oversee all matters related to the PhD programme
  • Manage MSc and PhD assessments/examinations
  • Handle student life affairs
  • Manage alumni relations
  • Support student recruitment efforts
  • Assist in data submissions to NTU/MOE
  • Participate in Data Governance Policy Implementation
  • Manage student disciplinary cases and follow-up on feedback and complaints
  • Provide support for student wellbeing and special needs cases
  • Update content on the RSIS website
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by Senior Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, Forms, and Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Pleasant demeanor with excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
  • Diligent, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and possess excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Global cultural awareness
