1.Trainee will manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants. Trainee will then collaborate with respective management team to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

  • Trainee will partner with the management team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Trainee will review policies and practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Trainee will keep updated on regulatory changes, new technologies in HR, talent recruitment and employment law.
  • Trainee will be able to come up with HR strategies and translate it into a implementable execution plan so that HR processes are in alignment with the company goals.
  • Trainee will be able to effectively advise employees on personal or work issues if needed. Trainee should be able to keep information confidential and to be credible, empathetic and trustworthy when interacting with individuals.
  • Trainee will be able to give report and provide HR data for annual budgeting exercise and to monitor HR operating expenses on monthly basis.
