Responsibilities:

  • Understand strategic HR issues and evaluate options to determine the appropriate organisational and HR interventions
  • Provision of HR advisory and consultancy services
  • Provision of executive coaching and career advice services
  • Spearhead the HR resourcing business
  • Lead in leadership & talent development programmes
  • Lead in expanding the

  • Development of outsourced HR solutions
  • Development & implementation of team and leadership development programmes

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in HR/Organisational Development in an MNC, TLC or statutory board or extensive experience in executive/career coaching or HR consulting
  • Excellent network with entrepreneurs, business leaders and HR practitioners
