What you will be doing

:

Drive business growth in APAC region

:

-
Broaden new business distribution channels through development and management of strategic partners.

:

-
Responsibility for growth of eCommerce customer portfolio P&L in new and existing markets -enhancing customer experience and life span, improving retention, delivering cross sell growth.

:

-
Development of differentiated vertical / customer value propositions for SME and Corporate customers - for sales and retention teams to leverage.

:

-
Increase market share by maintaining existing customers while also expanding pipeline of new customers, using tools that improve processes and improve discipline along the way.

:

Lead development of business and commercial strategy

:

-
Lead development and delivery of division's long-term strategy and commercial plans.

:

-
Facilitate and lead cross-functional engagement with executive stakeholders and all internal functions to deliver on strategic plan.

:

-
Maintain advanced knowledge of trends in the payments industry across all products and develop plans accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.

Drive Sales Enablement and revenue growth

:

Define APAC's sales channel framework & strategies; enhancing expertise and capabilities.

:

-
Deliver Sales Operations and Optimisation plan to increase sales success across all sales channels.

:

-
Define and enable APAC's standards (e.g. KPIs, sales processes and methods, solution selling collateral (e.g. case studies), sales systems (e.g. CRM, dashboards).

:

-
Define the APAC training strategy across all commercial channels.

:

-
Build CRM capability to drive improvements in single customer view, lead generation / nurturing & sales effectiveness.

:

Relationship Management

:

Manage, coach and mentor RM team to improve relationship management capability leveraging the RAC process.

:

-
Accountable for overall relationship health, merchant advocacy and driving portfolio growth to full potential income across entire team

:

-
Developing portfolio strategy and structure that supports our growth ambitions - covering portfolio management of customers, pricing & commercial strategy and product cross sell.

:

-
Developing long-term partnership with senior merchant contacts with a deep understanding of their business including their broader 2-3 year business agendas

:

-
Supporting team in collaborating with merchants to drive innovation in the Fintech industry, developing our roadmap and a growing our market leading Worldpay value proposition

:

Inspire team to deliver Merchant Engagement outcomes by demonstrating WorldPay role model behaviour

:

-
Ensure team and regions accurate and on time delivery of MI on a monthly basis to support regional reporting requirements
