Our approach called "Kando Sozo" aims to bring smiles to our customers' faces, so we're on the lookout for a Senior Restaurant Manager to become part of our team. With more than 1,200 restaurants globally, Gyu-Kaku, a modern Yakiniku dining experience, offers top-notch services and affordable Yakiniku dishes to a diverse clientele.

Job Description
  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations.
  • Oversee multiple restaurant outlets by collating feedback from other managers.
  • Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and accurately.
  • Regularly assess product quality and explore new vendor options.
  • Submit daily reports and inventory updates to the Managing Director.
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning.
  • Manage and enhance the restaurant's public image while suggesting improvement strategies.
  • Monitor operational expenses and devise cost-saving initiatives.
  • Train new and existing staff on customer service best practices and service excellence.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director.

Job Requirements
  • Full-time role.
  • Demonstrate strong soft skills and effective managerial abilities.
  • Be disciplined, detail-oriented, and meticulous.
  • Ideal candidate should possess 7-10 years of F&B industry experience, with a bonus for Japanese cuisine background.
  • Display maturity and a positive demeanor.
  • Exhibit robust leadership and motivational skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
